Necessary Qualifications for Applicants

In addition to any qualifications prescribed by ordinance, each appointee to City boards and commissions shall:

  • Be a registered voter of the City;
  • Be a resident of the City and have resided therein for at least 12 consecutive months preceding his/her appointment; and
  • Not be in financial arrears to the City for any reason.
