The Lago Vista Police Department is committed to providing the highest quality of police service to the community. Our mission is to engage, inspire, and protect everyone, and our guiding values are community, empathy, accountability, and honor. In order to recognize excellence within our department, it is helpful to have community input. We encourage and request our community members to provide the information below for department member recognition. You may be contacted for additional information based on the compliment or commendation. While the agency does accept anonymous information, it is more difficult to confirm.

In order to recognize excellence within our department, it is helpful to have community input. 

Use this form to complain against or compliment Lago Vista Police Department employees. Once completed, you may mail, scan, email, or hand deliver the form to the Lago Vista Police Department. The form must be signed by the complainant by law (Government Code 614.022).
