The City of Lago Vista invites participation in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for experienced and qualified firms or individuals to conduct the designing, permitting, bidding, and construction management of a wastewater treatment plant upgrade. The firm/individual/s will be tasked with increasing the capacity of the existing plant from 1 million gallons per day (MGD) to 1.5 MGD. The selected firm will be responsible for engineering design, obtaining necessary permits from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), bidding the project, and construction management.
