The City of Lago Vista invites participation in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for

experienced and qualified firms or individuals to conduct the designing, permitting,

bidding, and construction management of a water treatment plant upgrade. The

firm/individual/s will be tasked with increasing the capacity of the existing plant

from 2.0 million gallons per day (MGD) to 6.0 MGD. Upgrading the high service

pump station for the increased capacity of the water plant. The selected firm will be

responsible for engineering design, obtaining necessary permits from the Texas

Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), bidding the project, and construction

management. All proposals shall be clearly marked as “RFQ No. 25-06 Engineering

Design of WTP #3 Upgrade to 6.0 MGD” and must be received by 1:00 p.m. CST on

Thursday, May 1, 2025.
