Contractor's Registration Requirement

As of January 1, 2023 most permits require the applicant to be registered with the City of Lago Vista in accordance with a recently adopted ordinance. The application form is available in the "Document Center" or by using the following link:

To ensure development occurs according to the Lago Vista Municipal Code and accepted safety standards, we require that new construction projects and major remodels apply for a permit.
