Development Services main goal is to provide stable and healthy growth within the City of Lago Vista by assisting and supporting the community with responsible development. 

OVERVIEW

Development services receives and processes all building related permits, manages inspections, subdivision plats, zoning - related matters, business licenses, certificate of occupancy changes and more. We implement and enforce the City's ordinances and building regulations. Our department also serves as the primary contact for the Planning and Zoning Commission, Building and Standards, and the Board of Adjustment.
